Renewals Manager

The role of the Renewals Manager is to lead the successful integrated delivery of, area wide maintenance pavement treatments, re-surfacing, drainage, footpath and kerb & channel programmes, to ensure they are planned, programmed, optimised and cost efficient. This includes the management of associated physical resources including plant, labour and sub-contractors to ensure the integrated delivery of all associated work on the network, including, programming and financial management.

Qualifications & Experience

• BE or NZCE or significant industry experience
• ability to work under pressure to tight timeframes and drive commercial and maintenance program delivery outcomes.
• Familiar with contract legislation and standards
• Understanding of operational management including HR, Finance, Administration, Technical (engineering) and Constructability
• RAMM/AWM experience required
