The Report/Dashboard Developer is responsible for creating comprehensive documentation, technical requirements, and detailed design specifications to support enterprise reporting and dashboard needs. This role involves developing reports and dashboards using technologies best suited to the organization, staying current with business intelligence (BI) principles, and researching new tools and techniques to enhance reporting and visualization capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation and Design:
- Develop detailed technical requirements and design specifications for reports and dashboards.
- Create comprehensive documentation to support the development, implementation, and maintenance of BI solutions.
- Report and Dashboard Development:
- Design and develop reports and dashboards tailored to the organization’s enterprise needs.
- Leverage the most suitable BI technologies and tools to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Ensure reports and dashboards are user-friendly, visually appealing, and aligned with business goals.
- Business Intelligence Expertise:
- Apply an in-depth understanding of BI principles and best practices to design and optimize reporting solutions.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve data visualization and decision-making processes.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging BI trends, tools, and techniques.
- Research and Innovation:
- Research and evaluate new business intelligence tools and methods to enhance report writing and dashboard creation.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the organization’s BI capabilities.
- Continuously enhance the usability, functionality, and performance of reporting solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing reports and dashboards using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.).
- Strong understanding of business intelligence principles and current industry best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- ETL processes and data integration.: 3 years (Preferred)
- atabase management and data warehousing concepts.: 3 years (Preferred)
- BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.).: 5 years (Preferred)
