Overview
The Resident Services Manager is the primary liaison between homeowners and vendors, ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of service requests from initiation to completion. This role involves assisting residents throughout the work order process, managing documentation, coordinating with vendors, preparing proposals, and overseeing timely completion and inspections of work orders.

Duties

  • Serve as the main contact for homeowners requesting home repair services to their residents.
  • Assist residents with preparing and submitting accurate scopes of work; ensure precise and timely processing of work orders.
  • Manage recordkeeping, documentation, and workflow coordination, both in-office and in the field, to ensure efficient work order management.
  • Generate and distribute monthly reports summarizing service activity and request status; maintain accurate records in the Association’s property management software (Yardi) and ensure inspections are performed upon work completion.
  • Assist with modifications and community projects as needed.
  • Cross train on perimeter camera system and functionality.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

  • High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Project Management or Construction Management is preferred but not required.
  • One to three months of relevant experience and/or training or an equivalent combination of education and experience..
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with Yardi or similar property management software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors.
  • Proactive problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Community Association Manager (CAM) license is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid Florida Driver's License and meet insurability requirements.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
