Job description
Live-In Resident Manager/s (can be individual or team of two) required for a newly renovated 24-unit apartment building located at 2966 Windsor Street, Halifax, NS.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Ability to perform basic maintenance
- General cleaning of building
- Collection of applications, preparation of leases and tenant notices
- Showing and renting of units to prospective tenants
- Cleaning and preparing of units in a timely manner
- Salting and shoveling of walkways
- General computer skills
- Some experience a major asset
Compensation will be discussed at time of interview, 1 bedroom apartment included. Please note that all resumes will be considered; however, only qualified individuals will be contacted. Please include references in resume.
Criminal record check will be required following a successful interview.
Expected start date: May 1, 2026
