Job Summary:

We at J&M Roofing are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales professional to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, has a passion for sales, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers - Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns - Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new sales opportunities

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in customer service, technical sales, or business development - Strong knowledge of the market and industry trends

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results

- Experience in outside sales or account management is preferred - Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
