Kitchen Supervisor / Back of House:

At POCKETCHANGE, we're on the lookout for a Kitchen Supervisor to join our back-of-house team, where our kitchen drives the heart of the culinary experience. As Kitchen Supervisor, you’ll play a crucial role in upholding our high standards of food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency, helping to bring our exciting new venture to life.

Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and mentor back-of-house team members
- Oversee and participate in the preparation and presentation of menu items
- Ensure the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, supplies, and ordering to maintain efficiency and minimize waste
- Coordinate with front-of-house to deliver a seamless dining experience
- Conduct opening and closing duties as required, ensuring all prep and clean-up tasks are completed
- Cultivate a positive team environment and ensure excellent service
Requirements:
- Applicants must be 18+
- Food Safety certification is mandatory
- Proven experience in culinary preparation, with prior supervisory experience preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Hours: Approximately 25-30 hours per week
Salary: $20.30 per hour
