Are you passionate about food, people, and leadership? Woodfire & Wings is looking for a driven and energetic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Clondalkin!

As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a key part in day-to-day operations, leading the team, ensuring smooth service, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with the Restaurant Manager and support in running a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing front- and back-of-house operations
• Lead and support staff during busy service times
• Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, and food quality
• Help with staff training, scheduling, and stock control
• Handle customer issues professionally

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in a similar supervisory or management role in hospitality
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy floor
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
