Job description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Restaurant Captain to join our team at Kanthari Restaurant Changanacherry
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Train and guide the service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Handle guest complaints and queries professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role (minimum 3 years)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Rotational shift
