As a Restaurant Captain, you will be the face of our dining experience. You will oversee the service staff, ensure smooth daily operations on the floor, and guarantee that every guest receives prompt, courteous, and top-tier service. You will act as the vital link between the management, the kitchen, and the guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and guide waitstaff to ensure seamless service during all shifts.
• Greet guests, assist with seating, and manage table reservations efficiently.
• Present menus, provide recommendations, and confidently answer questions regarding food and beverage pairings.
• Oversee table setups, dining room cleanliness, and overall ambiance.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Manage billing, cash handling, and end-of-shift reporting.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Captain, Head Waiter, or similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverage, and bar operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• A customer-first mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Preferred languages: English, Kannada and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
