- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately.
- Operate the billing counter and handle cash, UPI, card, or other payment methods.
- Enter orders correctly into the POS (Point of Sale) system.
- Ensure correct billing, apply discounts/offers if applicable, and issue receipts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic cashier counter area.
- Answer basic customer queries related to menu items, combos, or offers.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Handle refund or exchange requests professionally and as per company policy.
- Maintain records of daily transactions and report any discrepancies.
