Job Summary

We are hiring a Cashier for our Mangalore center. The role involves handling billing operations, processing customer payments, and maintaining accurate cash and POS records while delivering a professional and customer-focused experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Process billing and payment transactions accurately
• Maintain daily cash records, POS entries, and sales reports
• Handle cash, card, and digital payments responsibly
• Assist customers with billing-related queries
• Ensure proper organization and cleanliness of the billing counter
• Coordinate with operations and accounts teams for smooth daily workflow

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Cashier in gaming, retail, restaurant, or hospitality environment
• Ability to communicate in Kannada (preferred for local customer interaction)
• Basic English communication skills
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail
• Customer-focused attitude and professional behavior
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Work Environment

This is an on-site role based in Mangalore, Karnataka. Candidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts.
