Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage guest relations will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
Manage waitlists efficiently using the Clover POS system.
Provide accurate information about menu items and restaurant policies.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and dining area.
Assist with seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest comfort.
Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, and knowledge.
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, ensuring satisfaction.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members.
Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Clover POS, is a plus.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
A positive attitude and willingness to help others are essential.
