The Old House Restaurant is seeking an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our restaurant team and ensure an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
About Us
Located in the heart of Mullingar, the award-winning Old House Restaurant in The Annebrook House Hotel is known for its warm atmosphere, excellent food, and friendly service. We take pride in delivering a memorable dining experience and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
· Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
· Lead, train, and motivate restaurant staff.
· Deliver excellent customer service and resolve any guest issues efficiently.
· Manage bookings, rosters, and floor planning.
· Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain consistent quality.
· Uphold hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times.
· Work with the Sales team to market and promote the restaurant.
Requirements
· Previous management experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality setting.
· Strong leadership and organisational skills.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· A passion for food, people, and hospitality.
