We are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our wonderful team! This role reports directly to the Hotel General Manager.
Main Duties:
- Managing the daily operations while delivering an excellent customer experience
- Uploading staff rosters to Alkimii, signing off each day for Payroll and adhering to budget
- Management of team, recruitment, performance reviews, training
- Must have 6+ years experience in a similar role
