Restaurant Manager Wanted for "Mani in Pasta" – Newbridge
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager to join our team at "Mani in Pasta," an authentic Italian restaurant in Newbridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage inventory, suppliers, and budgeting.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain health and safety regulations.
- Ensure smooth communication between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of Italian cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Fluent in English; Italian language skills are a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.00-€16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift

- Every weekend
- Night shift
Experience:
- Hospitality management: 1 year (preferred)
- Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
