Restaurant Manager
  • To manage the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department in a new bar and restaurant ensuring standards and guest satisfaction are maintained at all times thus ensuring revenue is maximized.
  • Extensive knowledge of overseeing a fine dining restaurant
  • Create a professional, innovative and inclusive department working closely with the team to provide a seamless experience
  • Knowledge of menu composition and engineering
  • Ability to convert the knowledge of wines and alcoholic beverages into product sales and service
  • Knowledge of food & beverage marketing/promotional techniques
  • Knowledge of pricing rationale and strategies
  • Knowledge of purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations and safety standards
  • Ability to effectively manage labor costs & forecast revenues
  • Financial management skills e.g., ability to analyze P&L statements, develop operating budgets, forecasting and capital expenditure planning
  • Strategic planning skills
  • Ability to evaluate business trends, determine applicability to customer profile and modify business strategies accordingly

Candidate:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager from a luxury property with Irish and or International experience.
  • Passionate about food, wine and people
  • Experience in delivering premium service to guests
  • Strong problem-solving skills; encourages new innovative solutions when appropriate
  • Effective influence skills
  • Strong consensus building skills

Pay: €32,971.18-€40,881.71 per year
