We’re Hiring: Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: National Museum of Singapore
Job Type: Full Time
Start Date: June 2025
Are you a natural leader with a passion for people and operations?
We are looking for a motivated and capable Restaurant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our business. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Manager to ensure smooth operations, lead the team, deliver excellent customer service, and help drive performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily operations to ensure business goals are met.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding service and performance.
- Support with staff scheduling, inventory control, and supply ordering.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain store/department presentation, cleanliness, and organization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and legal guidelines.
- Step into the Manager’s role in their absence and take ownership of key decisions.
- Analyze sales data and contribute ideas to improve sales and efficiency.

Restaurant Information
- Working Location: National Museum of Singapore
- (Walking distance from City Hall, Dhoby Ghaut, Bras Basah MRT)
- Operation Hours: 10am – 7pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $4,600.00 per month
