Yivee Limited trading as Nutbutter is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join its team based at 2 and 3 Gallery Quay, Grand Canal Quay, Dublin D02 R205. The position entails complete responsibility for the running of the restaurant, the Restaurant Manager will report into the Operations Manager whom will liaise with you regularly , monitoring overall progress on the criteria set out below.
The restaurant Manager will be responsible for the overall running of Nutbutter restaurant through the following criteria, maintenance of all health and safety standards and helping controlling all financial goals set by the Operations Manager.
Requirements include a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role , ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business, lead a team and business development.
Essential Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience
Minimum Qualification: Level 7 (including Diploma & ordinary Batchelor degree)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €35,000.00 per year
