Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at The Locks Perth. In this role, you will provide outstanding customer service while ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our restaurant's reputation for quality and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a server role or similar position in the restaurant industry.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
• Strong basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Ability to upsell menu items effectively to enhance guest experience.
• Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations is essential.
• Good time management skills to handle busy service periods.

Job Types: Fixed term contract, Seasonal, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $17.20-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 40 per week
