What we’re looking for:

• If you’ve worked in a similar role before, that’s a huge plus!
• Flexibility and a can-do attitude.
• Someone who’s customer-focused, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Bar experience is a bonus, but not essential.
• Fluent English speaker.
• The ability to commute, even at late hours.

What you’ll do:

• Serve up top-quality food and drinks, always with a smile!
• Keep up with Health & Safety, Hygiene, and Cashiering standards.
• Handle customer queries and complaints like a pro.
• Help maximise sales and revenue—because happy customers = happy tips.
• Help lead the restaurant team to their highest standard.
• Hosting Duties.
• Staff Training and Development.
• Inventory Management and Orders.
• Ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Keyholder responsibilities such as opening and locking up.
• Cash up at the end of shifts.
• Work with fellow Supervisors to run the restaurant on a day to day basis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.50-€15.00 per hour
