Responsibilities

1. Customer Service:

• Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome.
• Provide menu recommendations and upsell items.
• Take and serve food and drink orders efficiently and accurately.

2. Order Management:

• Accurately record orders and relay them to the kitchen team.
• Monitor tables to ensure guests’ satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.

3. Hygiene and Cleanliness:

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of tables, dining area, and utensils.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines.

4. Team Collaboration:

• Assist with table setups, restocking items, and clearing tables.
• Support teammates during peak hours and busy periods.

5. Cash Handling:

• Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
• Keep track of daily orders and maintain proper billing practices.

Requirements

• Prior experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of SmokeShack’s menu offerings or a willingness to learn quickly.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,188.40 - ₹15,000.00 per month
