JJ Killeens, Shannonbridge are currently looking for experienced Floor Supervisors with a strong background in full-service restaurants to support the floor team and help lead our front-of-house team. Barista experience also required.
This role is not suitable for candidates without restaurant floor experience. Applicants must have previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a busy restaurant, along with experience supervising or leading a team.
Full availability throughout the summer season is essential, as this is our busiest and most vibrant time of the year.
The person will need strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. They must manage staff effectively, ensure excellent customer service, and handle busy service periods calmly. Attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and knowledge of food safety and hygiene are essential. The role also requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to motivate staff and maintain high standards.
Salary will be based depending on experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
