Are you a passionate and experienced hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your career? We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

The Role

Supervise and support front-of-house staff during busy service periods.
Ensure high standards of customer service and product quality.
Assist with staff training, shift planning, and performance management.
Monitor floor operations, including cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards.
Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service.

The Candidate

Proven quality experience in a reputable F&B establishment in a similar role.
The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be a consistently enthusiastic and professional team player with a can-do attitude.
Organised & positive personality with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to manage and exceed customer expectations.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: €15.00-€16.00 per hour
