Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the day-to-day running of the restaurant floor.
- Lead, motivate and support the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure high standards of food, drink and service are maintained at all times.
- Welcome guests and resolve customer queries or complaints professionally.
- Assist with staff training and the onboarding of new team members.
- Coordinate staff during busy service periods and delegate duties effectively.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Support management in achieving targets
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and lead by example.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: €15.50-€16.50 per hour
