Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water, fire, mold, and other damages. This role requires a hands-on approach to effectively utilize various tools and techniques in the restoration industry. The Restoration Technician will work closely with clients to ensure their properties are restored to pre-damage conditions while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform water damage restoration, including extraction, drying, and dehumidification processes.
• Conduct mold remediation and ensure safe removal of mold from affected areas.
• Execute fire restoration tasks, including cleaning soot and smoke damage from structures and belongings.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various restoration tasks.
• Assist in deep cleaning and cleaning jobs
• Provide carpet cleaning services as part of the restoration process.
• Collaborate with team members to assess damage and develop effective restoration plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout all stages of the restoration process.
• Communicate with clients regarding the progress of restoration work and address any concerns they may have.

Skills

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to the restoration industry.
• Knowledge of mold remediation techniques and safety practices.
• Experience in fire restoration processes and equipment usage.
• Familiarity with water damage restoration methods and equipment operation.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on restoring properties efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
