Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Restoration Technician to join our restoration team. This role involves responding to emergency situations involving water, fire, mold, and storm damage in residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver who can work under pressure, often in challenging conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls including fire, water, mold, and storm damage.

• Perform demolition, drying, cleaning, sanitization, and other restoration services.

• Set up and monitor specialized equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and HEPA vacuums.

• Document work progress using photos, logs, and restoration Software. Encircle knowledge in all capacities is a great addition.

• Communicate effectively with team members, and clients.

• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE on job sites.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and workspaces.

• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency services.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in disaster restoration or construction preferred.

• IICRC certifications (e.g., WRT, ASD, FSRT) are a strong asset.

• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in confined or hazardous spaces.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is an asset but not required.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, physically demanding, and may include exposure to debris, moisture, mold, and contaminants.

• Frequent travel to various job sites.

• Must be able to work overtime, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
