We are looking to hire a motivated and hard-working sales associate to ensure smooth running of our in-store retail operations at TANGLIN MALL, Singapore. The shop associate’s responsibilities include -
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (not a necessity but conversational skills in mandarin would be preffered)
- Ensuring on time opening and closing of the store.
- Pleasant, patient and approachable personality towards all customers coming into the store.
- Monitoring customer activities to providing help and suggestions when necessary or asked, informing all clients about ongoing promotions and deals and processing customer orders at cashiers desk.
- Taking care of visual merchandising for best display of products at all times. Keeping the store clean, tidy and well arranged is a must.
- Should be able to pick up and learn operations of the store and POS system.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach is essential, along with the ability to communicate successfully with customers and senior management.
- Addressing and resolving customers enquiries/complaints in a professional manner.
- Performing cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness at all times.
Salary/benefits - Competitive fixed compensation + Sales Commission.
Candidates with minimum 6 months to 1 years of working experience in retail/jewelry sales should apply with their detailed CV.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
