Role: Demand Generation Executive
Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies to generate demand for blue grey collar job positions
- Identify and reach out to potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and create job postings that attract top talent
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements and company culture fit
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future job openings
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to the management team
