What awaits you?
- Coordinate events together with event specialist
- Execute according to the Norwegian marketing and communication plans, and approving campaigns
- In charge of Social media platforms from planning, approving disclaimers and making sure they are up to date
- In charge of all print, both visual and communication
- Responsible for the local web page with updated information and prices
- Translation of central material such as newsletter and other content
- Act as an analyst, making decision based on data. Attend weekly analysis meeting and prepare analysis on communicated topics
- Coordinate events together with event specialist
- Be in contact towards our local agencies in developing and launch new campaigns
- Be able to work with many different stakeholders internal as well as external
- Responsible for developing and maintaining the local Digital Asset Management and Brand Book
- Create marketing material through the automated campaign production tool Bannerflow
- Learn a lot, make an impact & have fun!
What should you bring along?
- 2-3 years of experience within a similar or relevant position
- You have experience and deep knowledge about a large variety of marketing topics - with a curious mindset and an inner drive to develop yourself and the business even further
- You have a strategic understanding and are aware of the importance of data, the customer journey, digital marketing, online channel analysis, planning and implementation
- You have experience from working with agencies and project management in a national or international setting
- You have a high ability to plan and prioritize multiple tasks, but also have a flexible mindset, and know when to ask for support and/or guidance
- Your excellent attention to detail will all come to good use
- You have very well-developed communication skills
- You are self-driven team player with a drive and willingness to contribute to the creation of great group dynamics
- You are business orientated and proactive
- You are fluent in written and verbal English as well as one other Nordic language
- You have the willingness and flexibility to travel if necessary

The position is within the Brand Management department and is located in Fornebu, Norway. The position is full-time, starting as soon as possible or upon agreement. You will report to Head of Communication and Digital, Christian Porseby, and will be part of the Marketing Communications team, that has Thea Sletengen Høgh as Funtional lead.
