Job Title: Retail Merchandise Supervisor
Location: Calicut
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Job Description:
We are seeking a Retail Merchandise Supervisor to oversee daily retail operations, manage merchandise displays, and ensure smooth coordination between sales and inventory teams. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a keen eye for visual presentation and product management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise retail staff and daily store operations.
- Monitor merchandise display standards to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams for stock replenishment.
- Track inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
- Support in planning and executing sales promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Ensure proper product placement and maintain visual appeal of the store.
- Achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and stock reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in retail, merchandising, or store supervision.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management and sales operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
