We are looking for a proactive Retail Operations Executive to manage daily store operations, customer order follow-ups, online activities, and team coordination while driving sales and customer service improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls, orders, and follow-ups
- Manage website and online order activities
- Ensure daily team checklists and routine task completion
- Track and follow up on orders, returns, and damaged goods
- Address staff operational issues and coordination
- Support sales growth and improve customer service standards
Requirements:
- Tech-savvy with strong working knowledge of Excel (fast data entry, tracking, basic formulas)
- Confident in internet-based systems, online portals, and web tools
- Ability to work efficiently on POS, order management, and internal systems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced retail environment with multiple follow-ups
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with good problem-solving ability
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
