Overview:
The Retail Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, processing transactions accurately, and assisting customers with currency exchange and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service
- Process currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Answer basic questions about rates, products, and services
- Follow company procedures for cash handling and compliance
Ideal Candidate:
- Customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, or service-based roles)
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable handling cash and working in a fast-paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
