Do you love fashion? Do you love talking to people? We have the perfect job for you! We're looking for people to join our team in our retail boutique. We are one of the fashion leaders in Rochester, Mn with a reputation for cutting edge fashion, and great one-on-one customer service.
Schedule - Part Time (15-20hrs per week)
Must be flexible to work schedule between 10am-7pm Monday-Friday, and 10am-4pm Saturdays. Schedule may include days, evenings, and 1-2 Saturdays per month.
Responsibilities
Make each customer feel welcome when entering the store.
Connect with customers to find out what brought them in today by Initiating conversations.
Help style outfits for each customer to fit their needs.
Be an expert on our clothing brands.
Must be a Team Player.
Be willing to receive new incoming merchandise, and prepare to put out on the floor.
Be willing to change displays throughout the store.
Be able to learn Point of Sale procedures.
Qualifications
Good verbal/communication skills
Previous Retail experience preferred.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
