Retail Team Member - Hardware

About the Role: This role is part of our Hardware Department. We are looking for a team member who is physically fit for merchandising products, conducting stock counts and engaging with customers through exceptional service and in-depth product knowledge. The goal is to ensure each customer leaves with the right product to meet their needs.

We are looking for individuals with:

• Enthusiasm and team spirit.
• A passion for customer service excellence.
• Good time management and communication skills.
• Ability to perform duties that involves stretching, bending, lifting and carrying medium to heavy products.
• Ability to operate a computer to monitor products, make inquiries and adjustments of inventory levels.
• Merchandising and solid product knowledge relevant to hardware would also be a real advantage.

This is a permanent full time opportunity within our hardware department and roster for the role will include working on weekends.
