About the Role

We are looking for a Retrofit Building Surveyor & Quality Assessor to join our team. This role focuses on conducting technical surveys and ensuring energy efficiency measures are implemented to the highest standards. You will play a key part in Ireland’s National Retrofit Plan and uphold compliance with NSAI, SEAI, and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

· Carry out detailed technical surveys and retrofit assessments on domestic properties.

· Evaluate suitability for insulation, ventilation, and renewable energy installations.

· Prepare accurate measurements, risk assessments, and reports.

· Explain installation processes and ventilation requirements to customers.

· Liaise with subcontractors and monitor workmanship for compliance.

· Conduct quality reviews of completed projects and document findings.

· Ensure compliance with S.R. 54, SCSI Residential Retrofit Standard, Irish Building Regulations, and SEAI guidelines.

· Maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

· Experience in building surveying or retrofit projects.

· Knowledge of Irish Building Regulations and energy efficiency standards.

· Strong attention to detail and reporting skills.

· Excellent communication and customer service skills.

· Full clean driving license.

· Engineering or Construction Management degree.

Desirable

· Familiarity with ISO standards and NSAI guidelines.

· Experience in quality assurance and compliance monitoring.
