Key Responsibilities
- Installation: Mount antennas, RRUs, transmitters, and cabinets on towers/rooftops.
- Rigging: Safely lift, hoist, and secure heavy equipment using ropes, hoists, and specialized gear.
- Cabling: Install and connect coaxial, fiber optic, and power cables, ensuring proper routing.
- Maintenance/Repair: Troubleshoot and fix faulty equipment, replace damaged components.
- Testing: Perform basic tests (VSWR, continuity) to verify signal quality.
- Grounding: Ensure proper grounding and weatherproofing of all installed components.
- Safety: Follow strict safety rules, wear PPE, and work at heights.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Working at Heights: Comfortable climbing towers, poles, and structures.
- Physical Fitness: Strong manual dexterity and stamina for physical tasks.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of telecom infrastructure, tools (hand/power).
- Safety Compliance: Strict adherence to industry safety standards (OSHA, etc.).
- Teamwork: Collaborate with engineers and technicians.
Typical Work Environment
- Cell towers, monopole/lattice towers, rooftops, industrial buildings.
- Often outdoors, involves travel, and requires working in various weather conditions.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹49,489.14 per month
