## Overview
We are seeking an office nurse (RN/LPN) to join our concierge healthcare practice. The ideal candidate will have a passion and commitment to providing excellent care, exceptional service and access to care for our patients. ## Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care including vital signs, EKGs, immunizations, and medication administration
  • Triage patient calls, assess clinical needs, and relay messages to the physician appropriately
  • Assist with chronic disease management, preventive screenings, and wellness visits
  • Prepare patients and exam rooms for physician visits; manage room turnover and maintain cleanliness
  • Perform in-office procedures support and documentation
  • Coordinate referrals, prior authorizations, and follow-up care as needed
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records in the EMR system
  • Support a personalized and high-touch patient experience, including timely communication and follow-up
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and ensure equipment is maintained and stocked
  • Collaborate closely with the physician to ensure efficient workflow and exceptional patient care
  • Administrative duties as required

## Requirements

  • Current RN or LPN license in Delaware and in good standing
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, internal medicine, or similar outpatient setting (concierge or private practice experience a plus)
  • Strong clinical skills including immunizations, vital signs, and EKGs
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR)
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with a small, high-touch patient panel
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Commitment to providing a discreet, professional, and compassionate patient experience
  • CPR/BLS certification required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $38.00 per hour
