About the Role

Vedantu is seeking enthusiastic and technically sound Robotics Educators to join our growing Early Learning & Next-Gen Technologies division. As a Robotics Educator, you will be on the front lines of shaping young minds (Grades 1-10) by transforming them from consumers to creators of technology. You will deliver live, interactive, 1-on-1, or small group sessions, facilitating hands-on robotics projects that integrate coding and hardware fundamentals.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Live Online Classes: Conduct high-energy, interactive online robotics sessions (coding + hardware) to international and domestic students.
• Facilitate Hands-on Learning: Guide students through building and experimenting with robotics projects using simulation tools (like TinkerCAD) or physical DIY robotics kits.
• Teach Core Tech Concepts: Introduce fundamental concepts including coding (Scratch, Block-based coding, Python, C++), and microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32).
• Doubt Resolution: Resolve technical doubts effectively during live sessions and foster a creative, problem-solving mindset in students.
• Parent Feedback & Engagement: Provide regular updates to parents regarding student progress and ensure a high-quality learning experience to maximize renewals.
• Curriculum Refinement: Collaborate with content teams to improve course content and teaching methodology.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Robotics & Automation, Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience: Prior experience in teaching or mentoring kids is a must. Experience teaching coding/robotics is highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Good understanding of sensors, actuators, Arduino IDE, Scratch (Block Coding), and basic Electronics fundamentals.
• Communication: Excellent fluency in English (verbal and written) to teach international students.
• Energetic Persona: Ability to engage young learners in a joy-filled, interactive virtual environment.

Technical Prerequisites (Work from Home)

• Internet: Stable, high-speed internet connection (minimum 20 Mbps).
• Equipment: Modern laptop/desktop (Windows 10+ or Mac OS 10.13+) with a working webcam and microphone.
