Position: RV Salesperson
No experience necessary, will train.
Payment method: 20% Commission on net profit paid out monthly on delivered units. Earning potential of $70,000 plus per year.
Bonuses: Bonus will be paid out for meeting monthly goals on a quarterly basis on delivered units. Yearly potential of $10,000
Spiff: Occasionally manufacturers will offer spiffs for the sale of their products, usually from $100 as much as $500
Training pays while in transition to full commission.
Holidays that Liberty RV of Gettysburg is closed: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, December 24 – December 31st.
Duties: Learn the sales training method and travel for training for 1 week each year for the 1st 3 years of employment. Daily study the sales training method and work with the sales trainer once each month.
Daily follow up on sales leads by phone, text or email. Do the daily tasks that will be listed on your computer each day.
Follow up any sales lead whether at the office or home to maintain good customer satisfaction.
Do YouTube videos on all units as they arrive, bring out current inventory up to date with YouTube videos.
If needed, help to get units ready for our customers that purchase units, this could be cleaning the inside, washing the outside and whatever else is needed.
Keep your office in organized fashion.
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM, March through October
Hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Saturday 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM, November through February
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
