Job Title: Safety & Traffic Management Supervisor – Road & Infrastructure Project

Location: Mahua (Near Mehendipur Balaji) – Jaipur Road Project, Camp at Dausa, Rajasthan

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Company Overview:
We are a reputed infrastructure company engaged in the construction of flyovers, underpasses, grade separators, and service roads. We are seeking a responsible and proactive Safety & Traffic Management Supervisor to ensure workplace safety and smooth traffic flow during construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor site safety protocols in compliance with MoRTH / IRC safety guidelines and project safety plans.
• Supervise traffic diversion and management at construction zones to ensure minimal public inconvenience.
• Ensure proper placement of traffic signage, barricades, safety cones, blinkers, and reflective devices as per approved drawings.
• Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential hazards or unsafe practices.
• Train workers and subcontractors on safety awareness, PPE usage, and emergency procedures.
• Maintain safety records, incident reports, and ensure immediate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with traffic police and local authorities for approvals and traffic regulation during construction.
• Monitor compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
• Support the project team in preparing Method Statements and Safety Plans.
• Assist in accident investigation, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Graduate in any discipline (Safety certification preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience in road/highway/infrastructure projects with focus on safety and traffic management.
• Strong knowledge of IRC/MoRTH guidelines on traffic safety at construction sites.
• Ability to handle site teams and interact with authorities for traffic regulation.
• Good reporting, observation, and communication skills.
