Sales Admin Assistant

Job Descriptions:

• Processing of sales & service orders
• Handling of delivery arrangement
• Maintaining and updating database including stock-in & out data
• Liaising with customers on their orders & requirements
• Assisting Sales Team on filing, data entry and follow-up (when necessary)
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum "O" level
• Able to converse in English
• Knowledge of ERP, SAP, and MICROSOFT BUSINESS CENTRAL will be an advantage.
• At least 2 years of working experience in Admin coordination work
• Team Player

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
