Part-Time Sales Agent

Tints & Tones Inc. is a local, established painting company hiring motivated individuals for a commission-based door-to-door sales agent position.

This position is ideal for someone who is outgoing, self-motivated, and looking to earn strong income in a flexible, part-time schedule.

Compensation

• Commission-based pay
• Earnings are performance-driven and competitive
• On average, representatives earn $900–$1,200+ per week
• Strong performers can earn $1,500–$2,000+ per week
• No cap on earnings

(Compensation structure and earning potential will be fully explained during the interview process.)

Responsibilities

• Canvass local residential neighbourhoods to introduce our services
• Speak professionally with homeowners and build rapport
• Gather information and book estimates for interested home owners
• Represent Tints & Tones in a positive, professional manner

We provide all training, materials, and targeted areas for canvassing.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous experience in sales, canvassing, or customer service is an asset (not required)
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred
• Smartphone for filling out Lead Forms
• Fluent English
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

Schedule

• Flexible, part-time hours
• Typical availability we're looking for;
• Weekdays: ~3:30pm – 7:30pm
• Weekends: ~12:00am – 6:00pm
• 15–20 hours per week
