Job Title: Sales & Marketing Manager – Furniture (Metal)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager – Metal Furniture to drive sales growth and expand market presence from our Haridwar location. The role involves managing B2B and B2C sales, developing dealer and distributor networks, handling key accounts, and executing effective marketing strategies for metal furniture products.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies for metal furniture products.
• Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure revenue growth.
• Manage key accounts and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals.
• Coordinate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing activities to promote products and brand visibility.
• Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements.
• Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
• Support digital marketing and branding initiatives.

Team & Reporting

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve performance targets.
• Prepare MIS reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback.
• Report regularly to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in metal furniture or manufacturing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Experience in B2B sales, dealer network development, and project sales.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
