Ace Group established in 1971 is a second-generation, family-owned business based in Blessington, Co. Wicklow with expertise in manufacturing, importing, and distribution. What began as a specialist in commercial refrigeration evolved into pharmacy refrigeration and calibrations, serving trusted partners nationwide. Recognising new opportunities in Irish manufacturing, we expanded into the paper bag and printing sector, delivering custom printed branded and paper bags for retail, food, and pharmacy sectors. We now have an opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team.

What you’ll be doing

This is a combined sales and marketing role aimed at increasing sales of our custom printed bags throughout Ireland.

Marketing: You’ll take the lead on planning, executing and monitoring our marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate in-bound leads, collaborating as required with our other departments on content. You’ll track our marketing metrics and improve our marketing activities based on these insights.

Sales: You’ll develop databases of potential customers within retail, food and pharmacy sectors in Ireland and approach these prospects with the aim of converting sales. You’ll manage existing accounts for growth through excellent customer service.

You’ll source and implement a new CRM

Who we’re looking for

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a B2B sales and marketing role and the tenacity and self- motivation to succeed in sales

You will have strong digital marketing proficiency including paid social, content creation, campaign management and lead nurturing.

You’ll have excellent communication skills, both written and oral and be comfortable with approaching and presenting to potential customers.
