Job Vacancy: Sales Assistant/ 40 Hours
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales growth, and maintaining the smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to meet customer needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor
- Support the achievement of sales targets and company objectives
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and courteously
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Basic IT and cash-handling skills
