Responsibilities:
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Demonstrate strong work ethic and effective time management.
- Maintain store etiquette, cleanliness, and punctuality.
- Develop and organize promotional materials and in-store displays.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOP) and store guidelines.
- Keep accurate records of sales, stock, and customer interactions.
- Work proactively toward achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Tasks:
- Demonstrate and showcase products effectively, supporting customers in selecting the right fragrance.
- Conduct regular stock audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Complete daily sales reporting (DSR) and store closing procedures.
- Validate and accurately receive new stock.
- Professionally handle and resolve customer complaints.
Sales experience required
+2/ Graduate
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
Compensation Package:
- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
- Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:
- English (Required)
