SALES ASSOCIATE

As a Sales Associate, you play a key role in creating a memorable customer experience. Through your warm welcome, attentive listening, and strong product knowledge, you help each customer design a space that reflects their personal style. This involves collaborating with the team to ensure merchandise is well presented and store operations run smoothly, contributing to an inspiring, efficient, and enjoyable shopping environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO EVERY DAY

• Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to each customer by identifying their needs and offering expert advice
• Actively contribute to sales goals by applying recommended selling and customer loyalty techniques
• Participate in day-to-day store operations: cash register transactions, receiving merchandise, and restocking the sales floor
• Ensure products are neatly presented and the sales floor is replenished according to established visual standards
• Work closely with the team to maintain a positive, organized, and customer-focused work environment

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

• Customer service or retail sales experience (an asset)
• Excellent communication skills and ease interacting with customers
• Energetic, team-oriented, and positive attitude
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
• Strong interest in home décor, design, and fashion trends

YOUR WORKING CONDITIONS

• Permanent part-time position
• Flexible schedule based on store needs, including day and/or evening shifts
• Weekend availability required
• Standing for extended periods and handling merchandise
• Regular lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally up to 75 lbs
• Frequent physical activity: bending, stretching, climbing ladders or step stools during merchandising and customer service tasks
• Possible peak periods during sales, holidays, or seasonal transitions
• Supportive and collaborative work environment
