Our B2B Store is where the ultimate magic of CellnTell comes to life, and our Sales Associates are vital to delivering customer service that offers a distinctive shopping experience and drives sales results.

We are currently looking to bring aboard a B2B Sales Associate who will act as a client advocate and ensure that clients’ needs are understood and satisfied. This includes sales, payment confirmations, handling client complaints, and improving the overall customer experience. In close coordination with the Chief Sales Officer, the incumbent will develop creative marketing plans to on-board new clients.

Salary: Competitive salary plus performance-linked variable pay will be offered to the right candidate.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented B2B & WooCommerce Sales Associate to join our growing team.This role blends digital engagement with strategic sales execution.You’ll manage and optimize our WooCommerce website, generate and qualify online leads, and collaborate closely with our sales team to drive conversions and grow our B2B customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product listings, pricing, and content on the WooCommerce platform.
  • Ensure the website is optimized for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and SEO.
  • Track website analytics to monitor performance, visitor engagement, and lead conversions.
  • Handle and qualify inbound leads from the website—verifying business details, understanding client needs, and providing tailored product solutions.
  • Share relevant pricing and product information to potential customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with the sales team for lead handoff and assist in closing deals.
  • Execute digital outreach strategies such as email campaigns and targeted promotions to generate new leads.
  • Maintain accurate lead records and provide regular insights for improving conversion strategies.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and B2B sales strategies to continuously enhance performance.

  • Retail Sales (or Equivalent): 1 year (preferred)
  • Telecom related sales: 1 year (preferred)
