As a Customer Service Associate, you’ll help create a welcoming space for shoppers and donors, work closely with volunteers, and take on a variety of tasks that keep the store running smoothly. What You’ll Do

Customer Service

• Greet customers with a friendly welcome and offer helpful assistance.
• Answer questions and share product information to make shopping easy.
• Help customers with purchases, including lifting, bagging, and carrying items to their vehicles.
• Assist donors with product and electronic waste drop-offs.
• Process transactions (cash, debit, credit) accurately and follow cash register procedures.

Store Operations

• Keep the store safe, clean, and well-organized.
• Help unload, process, and display incoming products.
• Assemble and repair items as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and report hazards promptly.
• Support volunteers and work together as a team to get things done.
• Take on other tasks as assigned by the Manager-on-Duty.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, positive, and reliable.
• Secondary School diploma.
• At least 1 year of retail customer service (or related) experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, independently and with others.
• Strong communication skills.
• Comfortable using a computer and cash register.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move up to 50 lbs.

Knowledge of home repairs, building materials, or tools is an asset.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.50 per hour
