Job Title: Sales Associate
Job Type: Part-Time Morning Shift
Location: Hamilton
Minimum Age Requirement: 19+

About the Role:

We’re looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, educate customers on our products, and ensure the store remains well-stocked, clean, and welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Recommend products based on customer preferences and needs
• Educate customers on vaping products, usage, and safety
• Process transactions using cash, debit, and credit
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels
• Support store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Follow all store policies and health/safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Basic knowledge of vaping products preferred
• Customer service or retail experience is an asset
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
• Must have morning availability.
• Must be 19 years of age or older
